Attended a Wine 101 class at Brooklyn Wine Exchange that I signed up for through Tasting Table. Very nicely set up in the back for a cozy class!
3 whites, 1 rose, 2 reds – the wine glasses even sat on numbered placemats.
I never thought wine education was this much in depth where there's an actual taste wheel, but I did learn a lot of things in the hour, from how to swirl, sniff and taste wine. I may just stick to my Hendricks & Tonic afterall!
